Send a trip request or call 508-498-1304. A request isn’t a booking: Nate will call to confirm the date, water and details. Your trip is booked once your date is confirmed and your deposit is paid.
Cancel at least two weeks (14 days) before your trip and your deposit is refunded in full. Cancellations made less than two weeks before the trip forfeit the deposit. If Nate cancels because weather or water conditions are unsafe, you choose: reschedule, or a full refund of your deposit.
